A Dallas icon, Trammell Crow started his career in real estate development at the end of World War II; the investment firm Crow Holdings currently owns and directs the investments of the Trammell Crow family and its investment partners. Our challenge? Blending the tradition-rich history of this company with a modern, functional website announcing the development of the Old Parkland Campus, a landmark building redevelopment turning the historic Parkland Hospital building in Dallas into a corporate office complex. Constructing a clean, concise design, we included multiple areas containing key information and potential story development for both prospective tenants and media. Along the way, we nailed the vital component of integrated visual imagery conveying both the property's historical prominence and modern appeal
