Blessed with the task of promoting travel to one of the most lively, vibrant cities in North Texas, the Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau has a great product to pitch. Reaching their intended audience and getting the word out effectively is an ongoing challenge. A series of publications targeting meeting planners and group tour operators/planners was devised to support tourism promotion to Grapevine, and the promotion took shape in the form of an anthology of destination guides. We first created a 12-page publication showcasing hotels, day trip itineraries, transportation options and historical sites with contact information for group tour planners. Follow-up plans include a 28-page publication that is digital and print ready, providing an even more complete and versatile tool for meeting planners.
